Ah yes, the good old days of Mibbit IRC chat! I actually looked before creating my own chat and Mibbit is no longer around, so I couldn't have used it on the new version.
There are other IRC embeddable chat clients, but I chose to create my own for the chat page. I think it works well, and it allows for as many chat rooms as I want. Each Group has its own chat page.
