Maybe consider checking AI by letting it know you are looking to increase your members and activity, what the site currently has, and what your specific vision for the site is. I know it will give options that won’t fit your vision but I’d guess you might get a couple of ideas out of it. Definitely getting the site pushed on other community and social sites would be a plus.
