It is a spinoff game from the Trails series, with the combat being action based vs turn based. From what I have played so far, it plays similar to the Ys series. I started playing the Trails series a couple of years ago, and I want to play them all in the correct order. So far I have played the Sky trilogy, Zero, and Azure. From what I have read, this is the best point at which to play the spinoff game Nayuta, before beginning the Cold Steel series, so that's why I'm playing it now.
